First Soccer Pratice/Frist Soccer game
We signed the both boys up to play soccer though the YMCA. Both of the boys were very excited and looking forward to playing soccer. The loved their first game and first practice. The lady who is their coach is wonderful. She does a great job of helping all the kids and taking time with them. Jacob loves to be right into the middle of it. He does get broad easily with it. He didnt' want to practice for the whole half hour. He just sat down in the middle of the field and waited for the ball to come his way. At their first game he wondered away to watch another game wall playing his game. Jacob needs it to be fast paced lots of moving and running to stay with the game. Justin loved it also. He is very timid with the ball but man when he gets into it the loved it. Plus he gets to hang out with all of his little buddies that just happen to be on the same team.
Jacob's First Day of Preschool
Jacob started preschool two weeks ago. Now he did start a week late because he was so super super sick. He loves it. He is going to the same preschool that Justin went too. He is in the three year old class and seems to be enjoying himself. On his first day of school I asked him what he learned and he said Mommy I learned all about girls. I just about died laughing. Only my son would go to school and learn about girls. Looking forward to what this year is going to bring for both the boys in school. Enjoy your first year of school buddy. We love you.

Future Coastie
Redneck Water Slide
I have to say it. I am broad with the pool. I am tired of washing bath suites and towels every day. Now the boys love it. They want to go swimming every day they can. To try and do something different we have had the boys going down there slide in the back yard, you can have lots of fun with just a slide some water and dish soap. So came the water slide. I was just using the slide, but Red came home and said wait I have something to add to it. Out comes the trap cover for the pool cover. Add just a little bit more soap and some water and you get the Redneck Water Slide. The boys had a blast, I loved it also. I will admit that I started them playing on it because its funny to watch the slip and slide every were. :-)

Swimming
Since our new house has a pool in the backyard, the boys love to go swimming every night. Justin is going to turn into a little fish, he is doing great with swimming. He did two rounds of swim lesson at the YMCA this spring and now getting to swim every night is really good for him. He LOVES to jump in the pool. He is always making up these crazy names for his jumps. He does still use arm floaties but he is spending more and more time without them. Jacob is doing well also. He likes things to be very calm in the water. He doesn't like to jump in. You can't throw him up in the air. He just likes to float around in his live vest or arm floaties. Sometimes he gets into doing fun things but other wise he likes things to be calm. UMMM much like Mommy's does, Justin is wild and crazy like his Daddy.

GG and Papa
My parents came out with my oldest sister for a two week visit. We loved getting to send time with them. While here we went up to DC and had a great time up visiting the nations capital. We did have the van broken into while up there, It happens. We ended up having both the driver and passenger side windows replaced. We took the boys to the Smithsonian, the national zoo and on a night tour. Four days of being busy can were a person out. Then it was home for the Fourth of July and back to site seeing. We also took my family to Williamsburg and out to see the Wright Brother memorial and some lighthouses. We had a great time them. Thanks for coming for a visit. We love you and miss you.
