Falling a sleep

So my early bird is back again. Jacob got up this morning at 4:50am. He was doing so well. Normally I make Red go in and put him back to sleep. But when Red works over night I have to go in. When I go in he never wants to go back to sleep. So Jacob and I started our day at 4:50am. I took the boys to story time and then to the park for some play time. We came home to have lunch. Jacob was his feisty self. So I looked over at him and his eyes have rolled back into his head and he is sleeping holding his fork in this mouth. I tired to take the fork away and he woke up. So then I decide to get the camera to see if I could get any funny shots of him sleeping. OF course I did. He didn't want to let go his lunch the second time either, but I got it away from him. Sleep tight Jacob. :-)(Sorry the pictures are fuzzy)

Fort Natomas

Flying like an airplane is the only way he will swing
Sittin on the swing like a big boy

We just love Fort Natomas. We have visited all three Fort Natomas. Now that they have moved Fort Natomas to the community center we go all the time. Just some fun pictures of our morning at the park.

Baking bread with Mommy

Finished product
Raising in the over
Eating all mommy's raisins
So today for the rainy day, I decide to have the boys help me try and bake a new recipe. We made a braided raisin loaf. The boys help pour ingredients in and I do all the mixing. (thanks kitchen aid) I love my mixer. They ate all the raisins while I kneaded the dough and set it to raise. Then while they were napping I backed the bread. I can't wait to try it, it looks great.

Train Museum

Playing on the caboose outside of the train musuem.

Two sets of brothers and great friends standing in front of the large locomotive.

Playing firemen and engineer on the train.

In the bubble watching Thomas go around and around.
Playing trains.
Jacob and some of his funny faces.

So yesterday we went to the train museum. It has to be our all time favorite spot to go. We are caboose members and we probably visit the museum at least three times a month. The boys love to go upstairs and play with all the Thomas trains. We spend about an hour up there then its downstairs to run though all of the other big trains. So yesterday when we went I decide to take a few pictures.
